Our Story

Owners Jose and Rhonda Carmona both come from families in the horticulture industry, and in 1993 the couple began their own business serving Houston, TX and its surrounding areas. JLC Landscape and Irrigation built themselves from the ground up beginning with simple lawn maintenance and graduating to artistic landscape design over the years. It was ambition and hard work that made it possible for JLC to grow into the successful company it is today, but it is Jose’s natural talent for taking your idea for your backyard paradise and pushing it beyond your expectations that sets JLC apart from other landscape and irrigation companies.

JLC performs the entire spectrum of your landscape and irrigation needs from lighting, to palapas, to hardscape designs, to planting, and more, so there is no need to hire several companies. Rhonda is there to get you started and ensure you are getting the best price for the highest quality work and Jose is on site overseeing the JLC crew from start to finish to answer any of your questions and ensure that the job is executed to the highest standards.
